You may link a document in which you can customize your business plan with any financial ratios that you may need to calculate.

2. I would like to customize MBP International Edition. What is the password to unlock cells?
The password to unlock cells is S1F8G4I7E8.

3. My loan is not displayed in my financial forecast.
Check to make sure that the loan's start date is later than the start date of your business plan. If that is already the case, and the problem persists, just use the first day of the month as the start date (for example: 04/01/2007 instead of 04/02/2007).
 
4. I found your software for sale on a web site. Is that normal?
No, not at all. Montpellier Business Plan software is downloadable for free, and it is completely illegal for anyone to offer it for sale anywhere. Please send us the web site address where you found the software for sale.

5.  I cannot download the software.
This is most likely a simple connection problem. Check your Internet connection and try again.

6. I connected to your site to download the business plan software. I received an e-mail with a link for the download but it does not seem to work.
Make sure that the link does not contain any line breaks (i.e. split in two by your mail application). If that is the case, copy the link in its entirety from the e-mail and paste it directly into your browser's address field.

7. Can I use the Montpellier Business Plan applications in my own company assistance services and/or as a teaching tool for startup entrepreneurs? (Business schools, consultancies, etc...)

8. How do I activate the Return to guide button?
You must change security settings to enable the use of macros  (tools/macro/security/Low security level).

9. After I filled out the form, I did not receive e-mail with a link to download the software.
Check your Inbox again. Maybe the mail was filed with your old messages? If you still can't find it, check to make sure you don't have a SPAM filter that could have blocked the mail. If that's not the case, please fill in the form again and use another e-mail address (create a free account on Hotmail, Gmail, etc. if necessary).

10. Do any of the Montpellier Business Plan modules run on Linux or Mac?
No, only on Microsoft® Windows PCs.

11. I can't install Montpellier Business Plan.
To download the setup program, click on the link contained in the e-mail we sent you. When the download is complete, run setup_MBPInternational.exe and follow the instructions on-screen. Notes: You will need administrator rights to be able to install the software on your computer. Make sure you are using a Microsoft Windows PC. MBP software is currently compatible only with Windows, and we do not have a Mac or Linux version at this time. For the software to function correctly, please remove any previous versions of Montpellier Business Plan that you may have installed. Installation will not work if the setup file has been copied from another computer (i.e. cut/paste of the setup_MBPInternational.exe file). The software must be installed using the link provided in the mail we sent you.

12. Can Montpellier Business Plan software be used outside the Montpellier area ?
Yes, the software is free and can be used anywhere in the world.
